Shipping Policy

WULUWEAR offers two fully tracked shipping options for eligible orders delivered within the United States: Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping.

U.S. Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • $6.95 for orders under $59

  • Free for orders of $59 or more

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated carrier transit time: 7–10 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 8–12 business days from the order date

  • Fully tracked

Free-shipping promotions apply to Standard Shipping only.

Priority Shipping

  • Flat rate: $29.95 per order

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated carrier transit time: 3–5 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 4–7 business days from the order date

  • Fully tracked

  • Includes one complimentary WULUWEAR Garment Care Bag per order

Priority Shipping is not included in free-shipping promotions. Customers who select Priority Shipping are responsible for the $29.95 Priority Shipping charge, regardless of order value.

Complimentary WULUWEAR Garment Care Bag

Each Priority Shipping order includes one complimentary WULUWEAR Garment Care Bag.

The care bag:

  • Is automatically included with eligible Priority Shipping orders

  • Is limited to one care bag per order

  • Does not require a promotional code

  • May vary slightly in color or design

  • Has no cash or store-credit value

  • Cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded separately

  • Does not reduce or replace the $29.95 Priority Shipping charge

The complimentary care bag does not need to be returned if the purchased merchandise is returned.

If the complimentary care bag is missing or arrives damaged, please contact support@wuluwear.com within 7 days of delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Most orders leave our fulfillment facility within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order processing time is included in the total estimated delivery windows shown above.

During product launches, major promotions, or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you by email.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date the order is placed and include normal order-processing time.

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 8–12 business days

  • Priority Shipping: approximately 4–7 business days

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Priority Shipping provides faster processing and transit than Standard Shipping, but it does not guarantee delivery on a specific calendar date.

Carriers

WULUWEAR works with tracked international and local delivery partners.

The final-mile carrier may vary depending on the destination, package size, and service availability.

Your tracking page will display the carrier responsible for the final stage of delivery when that information becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the package has been handed to the shipping provider.

Please make sure that the email address entered at checkout is correct.

Split Shipments

Items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

If your order is divided into multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking information for each package.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees if WULUWEAR divides your order into multiple shipments.

Address Changes and Order Cancellations

Please contact support@wuluwear.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will do our best to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned, delayed, or requires reshipment because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delayed Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for 7 business days, please contact support@wuluwear.com.

We will contact the shipping provider and investigate the status of your package.

Carrier delays do not automatically qualify for a refund while the package remains in transit.

Lost Packages

If the shipping provider confirms that your package was lost in transit, WULUWEAR will offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check your mailbox, front desk, side entrance, and other safe-drop locations.

  2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building management.

  3. Allow up to 24 hours, as carriers may occasionally scan a package shortly before final delivery.

  4. Contact the final-mile carrier using your tracking number.

  5. Contact support@wuluwear.com within 7 days of the delivery scan if the package is still missing.

We will assist with the carrier investigation, but approval of a replacement or refund may depend on the result of that investigation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact support@wuluwear.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses

Shipping availability, rates, and delivery estimates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses may differ from those offered within the contiguous United States.

Available shipping methods and fees will be displayed at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping promotions may exclude certain non-contiguous or military destinations unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Charges and Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • WULUWEAR made an error with the order

  • The package was confirmed lost in transit

If a Priority Shipping order is returned for reasons unrelated to a WULUWEAR error, the original $29.95 Priority Shipping charge is non-refundable.

The complimentary WULUWEAR Garment Care Bag does not need to be returned when purchased merchandise is returned. It is not eligible for a separate refund, exchange, or store credit and does not affect the amount of the original Priority Shipping charge.
