For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items, please also include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
U.S. orders are eligible for one free first size exchange per order.
For standard refund returns, a $6.95 prepaid return-label fee will be deducted from the refund.
Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without approval or to the address shown on the original shipping label may not reach our returns facility.
Shipping and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the package has been handed to the shipping provider.
If your tracking information has not updated for 7 business days, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
