Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to feel confident trying WULUWEAR.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through WULUWEAR.com and delivered within the United States.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, except for trying on

  • Unwashed

  • Free from stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, and damage

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Returned with any original packaging and accessories

We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet these conditions.

Free First Size Exchange

U.S. orders are eligible for one free size exchange per order.

We will provide a prepaid return label for your first size exchange and ship the replacement item at no additional charge.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another eligible item, store credit, or a refund.

Returns for a Refund

For standard returns, we will provide a prepaid U.S. return label.

A $6.95 return-label fee will be deducted from your refund.

We do not charge an additional restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • WULUWEAR made an error with your order

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email support@wuluwear.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item or items you wish to return

  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

  • The reason for the return

We will reply with return approval and instructions, including a prepaid return label when applicable.

Please do not send an item back without receiving return instructions first.

Returns sent to the address shown on the original shipping label may not reach our returns facility.

Return Shipping

After receiving your return label, please ship the package within 7 days.

Keep your carrier receipt and tracking information until your return has been completed.

WULUWEAR is not responsible for returns shipped using a label or carrier not provided or approved by us.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 3 business days for inspection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

Your bank or card provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

You will receive an email when your refund has been issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact support@wuluwear.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost. WULUWEAR will cover applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Only items clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page before purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

A discount or promotional code does not automatically make an item Final Sale.

Final Sale restrictions do not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Bundles and Multi-Buy Promotions

Items purchased as part of a bundle or multi-buy promotion may be returned individually unless the product page states otherwise.

If part of a discounted bundle is returned, the refund may be adjusted based on the price of the items kept and the promotion terms.

Gifts

Gift recipients may request an exchange or WULUWEAR store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds to the original payment method can only be issued to the original purchaser.

Order Cancellations

Contact support@wuluwear.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

International Orders

International return shipping fees, processing times, and eligibility may differ by destination.

Please contact support@wuluwear.com before returning an international order.
